 The biggest buck wheel hit for your road bike? Check out our brand new 45mm carbon aero rims, the Omnia CLR45! The sleek wheels feature our latest IONA hubs with 12mm thru axle, including the popular SKF bearings. With a 21mm internal rim measurement you can fit all modern road tyre sizes (25mm to 32mm). You can also take them off-road on a gravel ride using up to 57mm gravel tyres.
 The new Omnia CLR45 wheels are Tubeless Ready. We've already fitted them with tubeless rim tape for easy setup. We use Sapim spokes to complete the deal. Spare spokes are included with the wheels.
 New CLR45 road rim
 The Omnia CLR45 is a lightweight rim made of unidirectional carbon with a wider internal measurement of 21 mm. This allows you to easily mount wider road or gravel tires. In addition, the rim has excellent damping and anti-vibration characteristics.
 New Iona Hubs
 Ere Research Iona hubs are a 100% in-house design. The hubs are bulletproof and will run virtually forever if properly cared for. The straight pull hubset has a low profile and rugged design. Its angled flange supports the directional torque passing through the hub body, so it can take a beating.
 Couple Model 2
 Pair 2 takes the forces that the hub absorbs from the load of the disc brake during braking. When the rear wheel receives torque from the hub body when pressure is applied through the chain and cassette, it directs the forces to where the material is strongest. This way we can remove material where we can and add material where we need to.
 Our new Iona hubs are as light as possible, but without compromising strength and reliability. At the same time, we have managed to maintain structural integrity with a very thin wall design made from the highest quality aluminum. This results in weights of up to 235 grams for the rear hub and 100 grams for the front hub.
